YOU – SYA’s global community of alumni, parents, faculty and friends – raised $1,212,106 from 1,552 donors during the 2016-17 Annual Fund year!
Special incentive achieved! To celebrate the 50th anniversary of SYA France, the Board of Trustees issued the "25 + 25 = 50 challenge" to increase alumni participation. The challenge: 25 France classes needed to achieve 25% participation in the Annual Fund among classmates by June 30 in order to secure an additional $50,000 for SYA. The result: 27 SYA France classes reached 25% participation!
Special thanks to trustee Kirk Davenport FR'77 FR'11P for leading this challenge and to all the volunteers who help with the SYA Fund each year including the Board of Trustees, Philanthropy Council, Annual Fund Chairs, Young Alumni Country Chairs and Class Agents.
