Can I bring a guest?

Of course!  Please register your guest using the appropriate selection from the drop-down menu. The registration form limits you to three guests. Depending on capacity and under special circumstances we can allow additional guests. Please contact for more information. 

Why do most events have a registration fee?

SYA's budget supports many areas, including the day-to-day operations of our campuses. We offer an early registration discount to encourage you to register in a timely manner.

Charging a registration fee helps to offset event expenses allowing more funds to be applied to operating the schools. We've also found that a registration fee greatly reduces the number of no shows at events, which also helps SYA's budget by more accurately forecasting the actual number of attendees for catering and venue costs.

SYA regrets that it is unable to process any refunds. In the event of a cancellation, we can designate your payment as a donation to the SYA Fund.

If you are unable to attend an event you've received an invitation to, please let us know by submitting your RSVP.  We won't email you with a reminder to register!
