Aquaduct: This was in the city of Merida and was used over 1000 years ago to transfer water to the town from a reservoir about 10 miles away.

Caminando: A candid of some of the group walking around the pig farm we visited.

Cork: At the pig farm, our guide explained that the trees here are unique to Spain and are used to make cork for wine.

Jamon Iberico: The pig farm we visited is actually where they raise the famous ham that comes from Spain and we learned about the extensive process and why it costs so much.

Disfrutando: We walked around the National park Los Barruecos and this is another candid of some of the group taking a break to enjoy the views.

Juego de Tronos: Los Barruecos was actually being used to film Game of Thrones while we visited and for anyone that watches the show, this view will likely appear in the coming season.

Jardin: After exploring a museum, we got to enjoy a really pretty rose garden in Merida.

Puente de Sol: As the sun was setting, we visited the reservoir in Merida

Rafael: During our hike in Los Barruecos, we made friends with a kitten we named Rafael that followed us for the whole hike all the way back to the bus.
