Photography Club Announces Contest Winners

Students at SYA Spain organized a photography club, and during the month of December, they ran a "Shot on Phone" photography contest. Below are the stunning winning shots and the stories behind them.

"This photo was taken somewhere over the desert outside Marrakesh, Morocco. We were in the basket of the other hot air balloon, watching the sun rise from the layer of clouds, and over the mountains." Photo by Ellie B. ES'19

"This photo was taken at a flamenco show in Madrid. I loved the way the lights  fell on the dancers and how their dresses flowed with their movements, almost doing a dance of their own." Photo by Chandler S. ES'19

"I took this photo in Chamonix, France at the top of Mont-Blanc. By far the coldest, but also coolest place I have ever been." Maisie M. ES'19
