Another Exciting New Way to Give to SYA!

This admission season, you can give to SYA without spending a dime by simply helping us get the word out to interested students.

Recognizing the importance of young alumni (classes of 2005-2020) referrals to the Admissions Team, a generous donor from the class of 1971 is offering an incentive for each referral by a young alum that converts to an application. Each application to SYA will result in one $1,000 gift to the SYA Fund credited to the referring young alum’s class. There is no limit on how many referrals you can make.

Here’s how it works: Let’s say you’re an alumnus/a from the class of SYA Spain 2015 who has spoken to a prospective student about SYA, and that student becomes interested. Simply complete this form to notify SYA of the student’s interest, and once that prospective student applies to SYA, a $1,000 gift will be made to the SYA Fund, credited to Spain 2015!

In order for your referral and a student application to qualify for a $1,000 gift to the SYA Fund, your class year must be between 2005–2020. And, you must inform SYA of the prospective student’s name, year, email address and home school prior to the submission of their application by completing our form. The student being referred must be a current freshman, sophomore or junior in high school.

Don’t wait! The admissions deadline is February 12, 2020.
