The search for School Year Abroad (SYA)'s fourth president.

In January 2025, the President Tom Hassan announced his plans to retire at the end of the 2025-2026 academic year. The Board of Trustees has launched a search for SYA's fourth President. The search committee is chaired by Trustee Anne Morrissey ES'85 FR'25P and will be supported by Carney Sandoe & Associates, who has been chosen after a rigorous selection process.

SYA, a mission-driven institution with 60 years of tradition and campuses in France, Italy and Spain, offers American high school students a uniquely immersive, intercultural education.
