A broad variety of sports, arts and music opportunities are available in Viterbo at SYA Italy. Among these activities are soccer, tennis, rugby, volleyball, cycling, swimming, drama, music, dance, martial arts, cooking classes, painting, sculpture, stained glass, mosaics, ceramics and fresco restoration.

Maggie IT’11 played viola in a prestigious youth orchestra in Rome that performed at the Quirinale (Rome’s capitol building) in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Italian union.

Alissa IT’11 and Reed IT’11 participated in American Voices, an event sponsored by the U.S. Embassy to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the U.N.’s Declaration of Human Rights. 

After taking pottery lessons all year, Share IT’11 crafted an “Italian scene” out of pottery.
